NUTS – EDIBLE SEEDS

                                                                                             HAZELNUTS

We have partnered with one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of natural and semi-finished Turkish hazelnut kernels.They have a modern and well equipped factory in Turkey located in Giresun by the Black Sea, providing outstanding raw material for production. 


Black Sea area is the center of the hazelnut cultivation of Turkey and about %80 of the annual world crop of hazelnuts are grown there. The Giresun hazelnut kernels are especially suitable for industrialized food production. Our customers consist of food plants producing confectionary, ice cream, cakes, pastries and convenience products. To meet their requirements for high standarts in quality and food safety, our factory produces according to latest hygiene quality standarts.


We have two main product lines:


1) Preparation of natural hazelnut kernels.
2) Production of semi finished qualities: Hazelnut kernels roasted, blanched, chopped, flour and paste
                                                                                              PEANUTS

Raw, roasted or coated peanuts.
Peanuts are offered in such classes as 1st quality, 2nd quality, and 3rd quality; shelled peanuts are offered in different calibrations as based on customer request. 

Roasted and raw production available.


Peanuts can be supplied in bulk and also in small packages for retail selling in various weights from 40 grams to 400 grams.
                                                                                            PISTACHIOS

With shell, without shell (orange), without shell (orange-yellowish), mawardi, perfect green.
Standard calibration is about 32-36.
Salty roasted and raw production available.

Yellow roasted chickpeas
We can supply roasted chickpeas in various processed types as; salted, double roasted,chilly and sugar coated.
The usual packing is in poly bags gross 25 kg. Good, typical natural roasted chickpeas flavour, free of stale, free of off-flavours

Golden yellow chickpeas
 9 + 9,5 mm and 9,5 + 10 mm

White Roasted Chickpeas
Sizes; 9 mm up and 8.5 mm.

In order to keep the crispiness of the product we recommend the buyers to buy in carton boxes inner poly net 5 kg, net 9 kg (20 lbs) or net 20 kg. We can also pack in poly bags gross 25 kg. Good, typical natural roasted chickpeas flavour, free of stale , free of off-flavour
